30-day money-back guaranteeIf you’re not satisfied with a product for any reason, email sales@nonprofit-complete.com within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the full amount. No forms and no hard feelings. After a refund, please uninstall the product and stop using its license key.
What you’re licensed to doWhen you buy a product, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use it. You own the license, not the software itself.
- Blackbaud CRM products: the purchasing organization may install and use the product in its own Blackbaud CRM environments, including production, staging, development, or local test installations.
- FindIt: the purchaser may install and use FindIt on any computers they personally use. The license is per-user, and never expires.
- Resell, redistribute, rent, or sublicense the software or its license key
- Remove, disable, or work around the license check
- Use the software in a way that breaks the law
Fixes and minor updates to the version you purchased are included. Major new versions may be offered as paid upgrades. Just between us, if you suggest a useful feature, it's likely I'll build it, give it to you for free, and roll it into the product. But don't tell anyone.
SupportSupport is by email, from the person who wrote the code, on a reasonable-effort basis. We don’t promise specific response times, but we take every request seriously.
Test first, and keep backupsSome products change data in your CRM database (for example, converting constituents or saving selections). Please try new products in a non-production environment first, and keep current backups of your database.
Warranty and liabilityThe software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Nonprofit Complete’s total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data or lost revenue.
Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
