Lifetime updates and upgrades

Every customer who purchases a product from Nonprofit Complete receives all future updates and upgrades to that product, at no additional cost, forever.

There is no maintenance plan to renew and no support contract to keep current. Your purchase covers it all.

Which products it covers

This applies to each product you’ve purchased. Buying one product gives you lifetime updates and upgrades to that product; other products are purchased separately.

Getting the latest version

When new versions of a product become available, you will receive a notification at the email you used when you purchased the product. The notification will include a download link to the updated version, along with installation instructions and release notes. If your email has changed, or you need a new copy of the email for any reason, contact sales@nonprofit-complete.com and we’ll get it to you.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. A change will never take away updates or upgrades from a product you’ve already purchased.
